我们以《Web 内容无障碍指南》WCAG 2.2 AA 级作为设计与测试目标，并参考适用地区的无障碍法律要求。该目标代表持续改进方向，不表示网站已获得第三方认证，或在所有辅助技术与设备组合中不存在任何问题。We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our design and testing target and consider applicable regional accessibility requirements. This is a continuous improvement target, not a claim of third-party certification or perfect operation with every assistive technology and device combination.

中英文切换同步更新页面语言、标题、说明和交互反馈；Chinese-English switching that updates page language, title, description and interaction feedback;
重要信息不只依赖颜色表达，彩虹动画尊重系统“减少动态效果”设置；Important information is not conveyed by color alone, and rainbow motion respects the system reduced-motion setting;
响应式布局支持 320 像素宽度起的屏幕，并允许浏览器文字缩放；Responsive layouts support screens from 320 pixels wide and allow browser text zoom;
表单错误以文字说明，并将焦点移至第一个需要修改的字段。Form errors are described in text, with focus moved to the first field requiring attention.

3. 浏览器与辅助技术兼容性3. Browser and assistive technology compatibility

网站使用标准 HTML、CSS 与 JavaScript，面向当前主流版本的 Chrome、Edge、Firefox 和 Safari。我们预期其可与这些浏览器支持的屏幕阅读器、键盘导航、语音输入、浏览器缩放和高对比设置配合使用。过旧浏览器、禁用 JavaScript 或特殊内嵌浏览器可能只获得基础内容体验。The site uses standard HTML, CSS and JavaScript for current major versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari. We expect it to work with supported screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice input, browser zoom and high-contrast settings. Very old browsers, disabled JavaScript or specialized embedded browsers may receive only the basic content experience.

5. 反馈、协助与替代获取方式5. Feedback, assistance and alternative access
